Was arranged a consultation with the ias immigration advisor Houri through the bristol service. She was great over the phone but unfortunately was not responsive over email. And also gave me some unclear/misleading information regarding the time frame for followup questions after the consultation. The post-consultation report also did not cover much of what we discussed over the phone. Focused more on details of further services I would need to pay for. Felt like selling was a higher priority than customer service. Would not recommend.

The service we received from Kate was above and beyond what we expected. She calmed our nerves, explained the entire process, and answered all our questions along the way. So glad we found Kate and will be using her again for upcoming FLR and ILR. Thank you Kate!!!! Worth every penny for someone else to shoulder the burden of the paperwork!

Paid 500 just for a document check, it's has been 5 months and nothing has been done and we have spoken to two lawyers who have not responded to us properly. We made a complaint and even the complaint hasn't been dealt with properly. I regret not going with our local lawyer who charges 120 for a service more inclusive than this. They are so slow it cost us valuable time which puts us at the back of the queue!!!!!!

My effort to obtain the UK spousal visa started back in July 2019 as I am married to an UK citizen. However, the outcome was unfavorable as I did not fully understand the immigration requirements. As a result, I started working IAS starting December 2019 to reapply for the visa, and have received the best immigration service and guidance from Kate Pask and her colleague, Imelda (both are located in the Bristol office). Kate and her team have been extremely professional and responsive to every enquiry during this process. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the time to process my application was delayed by several months. However, I am very please that my application was accepted by the Home Office and I am legally permitted to live and work in the UK for 2.5 years. I plan to use IAS services in the future when it is time to apply for my extension. Thank you Kate for all you have done for me and my spouse!!
